Bentley USA is the early stage, fast‑growing division of Bentley Endovascular Group AB looking to initiate and expand sales and healthcare provider support throughout North America.

Your

Mission
  • Handle verbal and written communication with clients, partners, and internal teams in a quickly evolving business environment
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, managing expense reports, supporting budget tracking and supporting monthly closing activities
  • Help coordinate company meetings and administrative project management
  • Support events, inventory management and logistics
  • Develop administrative and customer service processes to scale operations
Your Profile
  • At least 2 years’ experience in executive administration, customer service, or office management, preferably in a small company or startup
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, ERP and CRM)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt and grow quickly to meet expanding and changing priorities
  • A proactive stance and collaborative attitude – agile enough to order supplies and schedule meetings in the morning and troubleshoot account reconciliation and select IT in the afternoon
  • Ideally, basic familiarity with bookkeeping tasks such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preferred but not required
  • Conversational French would be an asset
  • Desired salary range: $60,000–$80,000 per year
