Job Title: Distribution Clerk I
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Job Type: Short-Term Project
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Job SummaryAs a Clerk I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our document processing. Your primary responsibilities will include assigning statuses to scanned envelopes and boxes, preparing documents for scanning, and ensuring that all items are accurately labeled.
Duties & Responsibilities- Accurately assign status to scanned envelopes and boxes.
- Ensure accurate content verification from boxes and prepare documents for scanning.
- Label all envelopes correctly to maintain organization.
- Learn and utilize our home-grown software effectively.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
- Be part of a friendly and supportive team.
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a short-term project.
