Civil Engineer Lead

Our client is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to help coordinate and manage engineering deliverables for road and water-based projects. You can join the team at the company’s Portsmouth, NH or Concord, NH locations. • Coordinate with Project Manager on a variety of large and complex projects, ensuring project and client needs are met
• Apply specialized expertise and thorough understanding of applicable codes, regulations, and engineering standards
• Lead decision making on basis of design and develop concepts, equipment evaluation, and design computations
• Oversee communication with regulatory officials and clients
• Provide leadership to project team members, sub-consultants, and junior engineers
• Review, update, and oversee all project-related documentation
• Visit construction sites to provide technical support and help solve issues
• Perform additional tasks as required

• 15 years of related experience with 10 years of experience in a related engineering or technically focused role
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Bluebeam, SewerCAD, WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, HydroCAD, Bio Win (preferred)
