We are seeking a Claim Processor to join our high‑performing Claims team—a essential part of ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of more than $385 million in annual claim payments.
What You’ll DoAs a Claim Processor, you will play a key role in reviewing, analyzing, and adjudicating invoices to ensure timely and accurate claim payments.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing invoices for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with plan benefits
Communicating with claimants, providers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Approving or denying claims based on established policies and procedures
Entering claim data with precision and efficiency
Identifying potential fraud or misuse and escalating concerns appropriately
Supporting customer service efforts by helping resolve claim‑related inquiries
Your work helps protect program integrity and ensures a seamless experience for those we serve.
Location:
Portsmouth, NH - Hybrid Role
Schedule:
Hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 days telework - Monday‑Friday Full time 40 hours per week
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in healthcare, disability, dental, long‑term care, or insurance claims preferred
Strong computer and navigation skills
