Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team as a Weekend Warrior on 2nd shift.

Schedule
:
Saturdays and Sundays, 2nd shift (3pm – 11pm), plus weekday shifts if interested!

Full-time and part-time positions available!

Full‑Time Sign‑On Bonus!: $4,000

Pay Range
: $19.00 - $25.00 (plus shift differentials!)

Weekend Warrior Incentive:

Receive an additional $3.00 per hour on top of our weekend differentials of $3.00 per hour — maximizing your earning potential!

What You’ll Do
:

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets

What We’re Looking For
:

• Current, valid LNA or CNA license in the state of New Hampshire
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
