Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. has an opening for a Clinical Manager to Lead our Assertive Community Treatment Team. • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team providing mental health services to adults.
• Supervise and mentor staff; coordinate services to ensure high-quality, community-based care.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, families, and community partners; promote recovery-oriented practices.

• NH licensed mental health clinician.
• Master’s degree in a mental health/human services field.
• Three to five years progressive experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
• 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Solid interpersonal and supervisory skills; ability to collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and the NH community mental health system is a plus.

• Generous compensation package including paid time off, health and dental plans, retirement account match, etc.
• Applicants may be eligible for the NH State Loan Repayment program for up to $45,000 with a 3-year commitment.
• Licensing supervision with a 2-year commitment after receiving License.
