Travel RN - Case Management​/Utilization Review - Case Management

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a day shift assignment requiring a NH or compact RN license and at least one year of recent case management experience.

Job Details

• Work in the case management department within a hospital setting,

• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration,

• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM,

• No local candidates accepted; must live outside a 50-mile radius,

Job Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required,

• Minimum of one year of recent case management experience required,

• At least two years of clinical experience in specialty if applying for Far West - N CA Region,

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months,

• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration,

• At least one professional reference required for consideration,

• Responsible for coordinating patient care and facilitating discharge planning,

• Collaborate with social workers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams,
