Interim Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager based out of our Portsmouth office.
The Registered Nurse Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients, providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.
Job Requirements- Monday
- Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM - Valid nursing license in the state of NH
- 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
- 1+ year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
- Recent wound care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification

- Pay Range $40.00-$45.00
