• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for the US and Canada markets
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and workflow in recruitment systems
• Support hiring teams in identifying qualified talent

• Required Experience
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in IT recruiting for US/Canada
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using recruitment management systems
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes
• Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Job Diva experience highly preferred
