Sr Technical Recruiter:

Delivery Lead will work closely with the leadership team, ensuring that delivery teams adhere to standards and deliver quality software. The role coordinates and tracks deliverables across multiple contractor teams, troubleshoots escalations, manages cross‑team dependencies, resolves roadblocks, tracks and analyses team performance metrics, and ensures consistent reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination & Delivery Tracking: partner to align on program‑level goals, milestones and delivery timelines; track progress across multiple internal Agile teams.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure features, fixes and integrations are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Manage backlog prioritization with the client; ensure work is scoped, estimated and accepted.
  • Provide quality architecture and technical governance; partner with the Solution Engineer to ensure work meets agreed quality standards, acceptance criteria, security and compliance requirements.
  • Escalate concerns with Leadership to action staffing issues, training opportunities, and other operational needs.
  • Coordinate technical reviews, architecture decisions and dependencies with client and vendor architects.
  • Oversee testing strategy and production readiness checks.
  • Lead and motivate vendor delivery teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations.
  • Mentor leads and promote healthy team practices:
    Agile ceremonies, code reviews, CI/CD.
  • Identify and manage inter‑team and external dependencies that may impact delivery; proactively resolve blockers and risks.
  • Drive process improvements to increase predictability, quality and client satisfaction.
  • Capture lessons learned and communicate with leadership to action improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as key point of contact for client‑side program coordination; facilitate effective communication between internal teams and leadership.
Governance Reporting
  • Maintain and communicate clear status updates, dashboards and delivery metrics to internal leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with governance processes and compliance with delivery standards.
Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in Portsmouth is provided by Capgemini and may vary based on location, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, seniority and market factors.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
