* Drive Platform Evolution:
Collaborate directly with Development teams by documenting defects and trends to influence future software enhancements.
* Author Knowledge Excellence:

**** Essential Skills & Experience
***** Technical Foundations:
You hold a college degree in a relevant field and have a solid understanding of relational database concepts.
* Platform Expertise:
You possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop/server operating systems and Google products.

You are a highly motivated self-educator with a "detective’s instinct" for troubleshooting technical hurdles.
* Professional Presence:
