Job Description:

We are seeking a Systems Administrator for our Federal Government customer at the client location in Portsmouth, NH.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a systems administrator in a Windows-based environment.
• Experience supporting and administering Windows-based enterprise environments, including desktop and server systems.
• Experience performing systems administration functions, including configuration, troubleshooting, software installation, patching, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Experience administering Active Directory, including user accounts, security groups, permissions, and access management.
• Experience supporting enterprise hardware, peripherals, and end-user computing environments.
• Experience utilizing IT service management/ticketing systems such as Service Now or Remedy.
• Knowledge of NTFS and share permissions; distribution/security group management.
• Knowledge of DHCP, Print Server and Exchange/O365 management.
• Knowledge and understanding of Cisco switching and routing technologies.
• Experience with Service Now or Remedy Ticket Management System.
• Experience with IBML Scanner Appliances.
• Active Directory – Users and Computers
• Experience with Intermec PM43 Label Printers.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ Certifications.
