This is an early-career position – roughly 2 years of experience is ideal. You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’ll train you. What matters most is a solid technical foundation and a genuine drive to learn.
Responsibilities:- Perform technical SEO optimizations, including site speed and Core Web Vitals improvements, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in optimizing website structure, resolving technical issues, and implementing strategies to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
- Research targeted keywords to support digital strategies.
- Help analyze reports to identify trends, issues, and areas of opportunity.
- Communicate website changes and recommendations clearly to developers, project managers, and team members.
- Learn and grow – we’ll invest in your training across the full SEO and analytics stack.
- Required: Hands-on experience with basic technical SEO optimizations – including site speed / performance optimization (image compression, caching, script management, Core Web Vitals). This is a must.
- Roughly 2 years of relevant SEO or digital marketing experience (agency experience a plus, not required).
- A basic understanding of how search engines work and what drives organic visibility.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize your daily schedule.
- Not afraid to work hard, be humble, ask questions, and learn new things!
- Analytics & Tag Management: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- SEO Tools: Exposure to tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Technical SEO: Familiarity with CDNs, edge-caching, Cloudflare, or DNS.
- eCommerce: Experience with platforms like Woo Commerce, Magento, or Shopify.
- Marketing Tech: Exposure to CRMs (Hub Spot, Salesforce), testing/analytics tools (VWO, Hotjar, Call Rail), automation (Zapier), or email marketing (Mailchimp).
- Simple IRA.
- Fluid workday hours (we just ask that you find time for 8 hours of work).
- Freedom to choose a hybrid WFH and/or in-office schedule.
