Job Description
- Support and lead mergers and acquisitions transactions from start to close
- Advise clients on the formation, structuring, and governance of business entities
- Represent corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies on ongoing business matters
- Assist with finance and private equity transactions, as applicable
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues within the Business Practice Group
- 35 years of corporate law experience at a law firm or similar setting
- Strong, hands‑on experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Experience advising business entities (corporations, partnerships, LLCs)
- Exposure to entity formation and structuring
- Experience with finance and private equity transactions (preferred)
- Knowledge of securities law (a plus, but not required)
