Our client, a Maine-based community bank, is seeking a Regional Market Manager to oversee the administration and performance of its Portsmouth market.
The Regional Market Manager oversees all aspects of branch performance, including sales, service, lending, deposit generation, operations, compliance, and risk management. The role includes developing new business through targeted calling efforts, strengthening existing customer relationships, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position also supports the Bank’s presence in the community through participation in local business and civic organizations.
Qualified candidates will have three to five years of banking experience, with demonstrated experience in branch management, consumer lending, and sales. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required, along with a results-oriented and adaptable approach.
