• Coordinate and provide support for Bio-manufacturing operations.
• Communicate specific production requirements to manufacturing associates based on module needs.
• Lead the setup and execution of manufacturing procedures in compliance with ET and site-specific quality systems.
• Mentor and develop manufacturing team members to achieve both business objectives and individual development goals.
• Contribute to the timely delivery of clinical and commercial products.
• Ensure consistent execution of strategies related to EHS, planning, safetey, quality, cGMP regulations, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of related biomanufacturing industry experience
