Logistics Associate II

Job Description

The Logistics Associate supports material movement in the plant, including receiving, storing, dispensing, issuing, and shipping materials. The role uses SAP, Syncade, and Ship Console to complete daily tasks and follows all cGMP and safety rules.

• Receive, store, issue, and dispense materials using SAP, Syncade, and Ship Console.
• Support domestic and international shipping for Manufacturing.
• Do SAP tasks like Goods Receipt, Putaway, Order Fulfillment, TO creation, and Material Movement.
• Do Syncade tasks like material receipt, movement, adjustments, scrapping, and inventory updates.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety rules at all times.
• Complete Circular Chart installation, monitoring, and review.
• Make accurate Logbook entries.
• Operate Class 14 equipment safely.
• Use DMS and Track Wise for documentation and records.
• Support process improvement activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the department.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (freshers can be trained).
• Basic knowledge of SAP, Syncade, or similar systems.
• Understanding of cGMP and warehouse operations.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Attention to detail and time management.
