Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in the overall clinical operation of the center. This position assists with daily nursing oversight, staff supervision, clinical education, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and ensuring that residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Qualifications
  • Current RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact State required

  • Previous long-term care/SNF leadership experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations

  • Excellent clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to coach, develop, and hold staff accountable

  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to resident-centered care and clinical excellence

  • Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and interdisciplinary team members
