Elliot Health System's brand-new Family Practice at 775 South Main Street seeks a dedicated nurse to deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based environment. You'll practice at the top of your license with a blend of hands-on patient care, chronic disease management, and care coordination with ancillary services.
The role offers a 4x10 or 5x8 schedule, a 7:30 am–7 pm shift M-F, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. NH RN license required or compact, BLS preferred, ACLS preferred.
