Key responsibilities of the RN – Interventional Radiology include:
- Assist with angiograms, cerebral coiling, biopsies, neuro interventions, and other procedures
- Administer moderate sedation
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Collaborate effectively with a team of nurses and technicians
Requirements of the RN – Interventional Radiology include:
- RN license
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- Experience in Procedural, Critical Care, Emergency, or ICU departments
- Experience with moderate sedation
- Reside within a 30-minute radius of the hospital
