Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) – Full-Time, Part-Time, & Per Diem

Cedar Healthcare Center | Portsmouth, NH

Base Pay Range: $21.00 - 27.00 per hour (plus shift differentials!)

Additional Earnings Opportunities:

Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and to join our growing team of caregivers. Whether you're a new LNA, looking for a full-time career, or in search of part-time flexibility, we have opportunities available across multiple schedules, shifts, and specialty areas.

We are currently hiring for:
  • Full-time and part-time openings
  • Monday - Friday schedules
  • 7:00am - 7:00pm, and 7:00pm - 7:00am Weekend Baylor (+ Baylor pay!)
  • Weekend Warrior (+ Weekend Warrior pay!)
  • Per diem/PRN (as needed)
  • Morning shift (7:00am - 3:00pm)
  • Evening shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm)

Our Nursing Assistants have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including:

  • Short-Term Rehabilitation
  • Skilled Nursing
  • Long-Term Care
  • Memory Support / Dementia Care
What You'll Do
  • Provide support and direct care to residents in accordance with care plans
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and toileting)
  • Build compassionate connections and provide emotional support
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
  • Monitor vital signs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Qualifications
  • Active LNA license in New Hampshire
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • Long-term care, rehabilitation, or memory care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
