CNA – Hospital​/Clinic

Job Summary:

Provide skilled nursing support to patients in a hospital setting within the medical-surgical unit. Ensure quality patient care by assisting with daily activities and critical procedures under RN supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Administer basic patient care duties such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Assist with patient mobility and positioning to promote comfort and safety.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to support patient care plans.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license in hand prior to submission.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CNA in a hospital or medical-surgical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused care skills.
• Experience with orthopedic and bariatric patient procedures preferred.
