$2 shift diff 3p-11p, $5 shift diff 11p-7a, additional $1 on weekend shifts

Additional $4 per hour for Weekend Only (7a-3p, 3 PM – 11 PM shifts)

Part-Time: 7 AM – 3 PM (Weekends) | 3 PM – 11 PM, 11p-7a

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Edgewood Center for Rehab and Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring resident health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans accurately
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity
• Collaborating with RNs, physicians, and family members to ensure high-quality care
• Documenting care plans, treatment outcomes, and any changes in resident conditions
• Maintaining a safe and compassionate care environment

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
