The Triage Registered Nurse will provide essential support at the Center for Women's Health and Wellness, focusing on phone triage and patient interactions. This role is ideal for a compassionate nurse who thrives in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

• Deliver direct patient care and support in the ambulatory care unit.
• Conduct patient assessments and devise care plans.
• Assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.

  * Education:
  
  ** Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• *
  * Experience:
  
  ** 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience required; 1–2 years of ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred.

  Certifications:
  
  ** Current RN License in New Hampshire required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
