RN Rehab and Med/Surg Float

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care across rehabilitation and medical-surgical units based on patient and staffing needs. The RN will assess patients, administer treatments, monitor progress, and adapt to different clinical settings.

• Provide direct nursing care to rehabilitation and medical-surgical patients.
• Assess patients and monitor vital signs and changes in condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with rehabilitation and daily patient care needs.
• Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Float between units based on staffing and patient needs.
• Follow infection control and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Medical-surgical or rehabilitation nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general nursing and rehabilitation care.
• BLS certification required or preferred based on facility requirements.
• Ability to adapt to different units, patient populations, and workflows.
• Strong assessment, communication, critical-thinking, and teamwork skills.
