Kitchen Manager

We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our Back of House team in a fast-paced, casual full‑service restaurant. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, take pride in building strong teams, and are passionate about delivering consistently great food—you want to meet you.

High‑volume BOH management experience is strongly preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.

• Lead and manage daily BOH operations
• Oversee food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff
• Create and manage schedules (flexibility required; late nights included)
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  
  Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Work closely with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service

• BOH leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills
• Organized, dependable, and solutions‑oriented
• Comfortable working evenings and late nights

• Approximately 45 hours per week
