Operations Manager; Security Clearance

Job Summary

Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Operations Manager with a Top Secret clearance to join our Team in Portsmouth, NH.

• liaise with DOS staff, have full authority to act on behalf of the contractor, and provide full control over all contract operations at each Center.
• manage and maintain involvement in the hiring of personnel, operations and quality reporting, contract management, and operations excellence.

• Possess and maintain an active TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Position is located in Portsmouth, NH.
