Java AWS Technical Lead

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of Java development principles, including:
• Proficiency in core Java concepts and principles, with the ability to effectively utilize object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Solid grasp of the Spring Framework, particularly in areas such as dependency injection and application lifecycle management.
• AWS Typescript.
• Ability to articulate and apply best practices in software architecture and design within the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Understanding of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) principles.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, for effective collaboration and code management.
• Awareness of performance optimization techniques and tools for Java applications, including profiling and debugging practices.
• Domain:
  Claims, any experience on Claims payment using payment hub (ACH) would be plus.
• Skilled Java developer with hands‑on experience on AWS Typescript. Should have experience of leading team of 5‑6 developers erience working on integrations from Claims systems to Payment distribution/hub platform would be plus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary range: $115,000-$130,000 (base). This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
