The Integration Data Migration Lead will lead the integration workstream for a large‑scale insurance transformation program involving the Majesco platform, owning the design, development, and delivery of all integrations and data migration activities to ensure seamless data flow between Majesco and external systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end integration workstream, including solution design, development, oversight, and delivery.
- Design and manage integrations between Majesco Policy Billing, Claims, Core and external systems such as CRM, Billing systems, Claims platforms, DMS, and financial systems.
- Define and implement API‑based integrations using REST and SOAP services.
- Oversee middleware‑based integrations using tools such as Mule Soft, Boomi, or Tibco.
- Ensure scalability, performance, error handling, and security standards are met.
- Lead end‑to‑end data migration from legacy insurance systems into Majesco.
- Define the data migration strategy, including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL) and reconciliation.
- Develop and manage data mapping documents, transformation rules, and validation plans.
- Oversee mock conversions, reconciliation cycles, and cutover planning.
- Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy post‑migration.
- Collaborate with business, functional, architecture, and development teams to align integration and migration design with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production go‑live.
- Support defect resolution, issue triage, and production stabilization activities.
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to program leadership.
- Strong hands‑on and leadership experience with Majesco platforms, Policy Billing, Claims, and/or Core.
- Deep insurance domain expertise across PC Life or Health insurance.
- Proven experience leading data migration and reconciliation initiatives.
- Extensive experience with system integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle and/or SQL Server.
Hands‑on experience with middleware platforms such as Mule Soft, Boomi, or Tibco.
Nice to Have Qualifications- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Seamless integration between Majesco and external systems.
- Accurate, reconciled, and timely data migration with minimal post‑go‑live issues.
- Strong cross‑team collaboration and stakeholder confidence.
- Stable production go‑live and reduced integration defects.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55.48/hour – $86.68/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
