Join the YMCA of the Seacoast as a Van Driver!
Are you a responsible and friendly driver looking to make a difference in the lives of young students? We’re seeking a dedicated, safety-conscious Van Driver to transport elementary-aged children to our fun and enriching after school program. This is a rewarding, important role that helps ensure local families have access to quality care, allowing parents to focus on their work while knowing their children are in safe hands.
- Shifts:
Monday – Friday, 1:30pm – 3:30pm (Van Driver) - Additional
Hours:
As a Youth Development (YD) Group Leader from 3:30pm – 6:00pm - Route:
Start at Camp Gundalow in Greenland, NH, pick up students at Little Harbour School, and then make a second run to the YMCA branch to return students to camp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and attentively transport students along a designated route, adhering to all YMCA transportation guidelines
- Ensure all children feel secure and cared for during the ride
- Maintain a clean driving record and safe driving habits
- Take part in ongoing paid training and earn your Van Driver certification
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Flexible hours and a warm, supportive team environment
