Front Desk Guest Expert

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Interest in makeup and willing to learn new makeup techniques
• Willing to provide makeup services to guests for a variety of events such as weddings, proms, homecomings, etc.
• Basic understanding of Google platforms
• Outgoing personality
• Able to excel in a sales environment
• Conversational/Phone skills
• Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time

As a part time Front Desk Guest Expert at Amelia Gray you will interact with guests on a daily basis by scheduling appointments, checking guests in and out from appointments, and assisting them with finding products. You will be responsible for answering emails, text messages and phone calls from guests. You will be required to keep the front of house cleaned at all times, which includes several makeup, skincare, and hair care brands that you will be cleaning, as well as a large floor plan that will need cleaned multiple times a day.
