This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role based in Portsmouth, OH. The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that inform decision-making. The role involves designing and maintaining reports, identifying business trends, and developing strategies to improve performance. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders to support organizational goals.

• Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, and Analytical Thinking
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Data Visualization, and Reporting Tools
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Collaboration abilities
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R is highly desirable
• Knowledge of industry-specific analytics tools and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with business process improvement is a plus
