Nurse Manager
The Nurse Manager reports to the Administrative Dir of Nursing (I/P). The primary job function is to plan, organize, and manage the delivery of patient care activities and maintain quality care in compliance with unit policies and procedures. Supports each Strategic Value by providing excellent care to those we serve.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
• Certification in specialty preferred
Licensure:
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Ohio required
• BLS within 90 days of hire required
Experience:
• At least two years progressively more responsible related work experience necessary in order to gain full knowledge of organization and operation of a patient care unit. In-depth knowledge of patient care theories and practices as applied to a specific patient population.
