Norfolk Southern invites applicants for conductor roles across our network in the United States. You will be responsible for safely moving freight trains, building trains by coupling railcars, delivering cars to customers, and performing inspections.
Training is provided, and no prior railroad experience is required. You must be available 24/7 with short notice, spend 2–3 days away from home weekly, and you will join a union after completing training.
