Estimator PreConstruction Manager

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, detail‑driven Estimator & Pre‑Construction Manager to help lead projects from concept to construction readiness.

This role is critical to the success of our projects and serves as the bridge between sales, design, and production. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and delivering exceptional results, before construction even begins.

• Develop detailed and accurate estimates for residential remodeling projects
• Create trade‑specific scopes of work and material takeoffs
• Review architectural plans, site conditions, and specifications
• Coordinate pre‑construction planning, including schedules, permits, and procurement
• Work closely with designers, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Protect project profitability through strategic sourcing and strong negotiation
• Help improve and streamline estimating systems and workflows
• Ensure smooth handoff from pre‑construction into production

• Strong experience in residential remodeling or construction estimating
• Deep understanding of remodeling methods, sequencing, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret plans accurately
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Close attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with estimating or project management software (Job Tread experience is a major plus)

$85,000 – $110,000 yearly
