• Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Test activities.
• Conduct requirement analysis to ensure system designs meet program objectives and customer needs.
• Support software/hardware integration efforts, collaborating with software teams to ensure seamless functionality.
• Develop and execute test runs to assess system performance under varied conditions.
• Detect and diagnose system failures, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Work across disciplines to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Stay up to date with advancements in data analysis techniques, and Integration, Verification, or Test practices.
• Travel, both domestic and international, to support customer events, with an expected travel requirement not exceeding 25%.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with system software, system hardware, system requirements and/or test.
• Experience with C++, Python, MATLAB and/or other programming languages.

• Experience developing and managing requirements using DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools.
• Experience working in integration labs, test facilities, or field environments supporting system integration and/or verification.
• Experience using Monte Carlo simulations to model system performance, analyze results, and inform test strategies.
• Experience diagnosing root causes of system failures, implementing corrective actions, and developing preventative measures.
• Experience presenting technical findings, analyses, and recommendations to leadership and customers.

• Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
