Responsibilities- Assist with daily program execution using Agile planning methodology, risk/opportunity reviews, LRE reviews, and on-time delivery reviews.
- Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and corporate policies.
- Meet contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance for assigned program(s).
- Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations such as Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and administrative functions.
- Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for customer visits.
- Assist with program proposals, including kickoff packages, status meetings, and submit gate packages for leadership review.
- Serve as Program Backlog Manager using the JIRA tool suite, coordinate Program Increment planning cycle, assess program performance, and drive risk and opportunity management.
- Support domestic travel as required.
- University degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 7 years of experience.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally and providing leadership support.
- Prior experience with financial analysis and project management tools and/or systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Technologies’ Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent.
- Strong business acumen; ability to analyze complex financial and programmatic data quickly.
- Experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in aerospace and defense.
- Working knowledge of contract formation and execution.
- Demonstrated experience with contract management.
- Product lifecycle management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong mentoring skills, both technical and professional.
- Experience with proposal submissions and gate packages.

Salary range: 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD (good faith estimate). Additional incentive compensation may be offered.
