As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize residential heating and cooling systems while providing homeowners with an outstanding customer experience. You'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, repair equipment, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

You will work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini‑splits, boilers, geothermal systems, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment. You'll accurately diagnose system concerns, explain repair options clearly, complete detailed service documentation, and deliver honest recommendations that help customers make informed decisions about their home comfort systems.

You will also maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, follow company safety standards, and represent Ocean State Air Solutions with professionalism on every service call.

We're seeking experienced HVAC professionals with at least five years of residential HVAC service experience and strong troubleshooting abilities. Experience servicing geothermal systems and boilers is highly preferred but not required.

Applicants must possess a Journeyman License and EPA Certification. Successful candidates will have strong diagnostic skills, piping experience, excellent customer communication abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
