• Competitive pay: $30-$42/hour + bonuses ($70,000 to $100,000 plus total compensation based on performance with no cap on bonus), hourly wage paid weekly with bonuses paid monthly.

• 5+ years HVAC service experience (geothermal and boiler experience a plus).
• Journeyman License and EPA Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting, piping, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
