Heating and Plumbing Engineer

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heating and Plumbing Engineer to carry out installations, maintenance and repairs across residential and commercial properties. You ll work on a variety of systems, ensuring safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Position is Full time, permanent and self employed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and repair heating systems/ boilers/ Air source heat pumps
• Install bathrooms
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
• Carry out routine servicing and safety checks
• Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients and maintain professional standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organised work vehicle and job site
• Work will be carried out at various locations as required

What we re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Heating and Plumbing Engineer (5 years required)
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ level 2/3. Gas Safe registration preferred not mandatory)
• CSCS blue card required
• Strong problem - solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools must. Own vehicle preferred
