Our client is looking for a Multi‑Trader / Handyperson to start on various projects around the Southampton / Portsmouth Area. Starting ASAP. Opportunity for a permanent role upon completion of 12 weeks probation.
Benefits- Weekend Enhanced rate by 10%
- Call out if on call out of hours, paid at a fixed £40
- Van provided
- Fuel card
- Tablet provided and ability to utilize their CRM/ERP system
- Experience in Decorating, Carpentry, and Making Good
- Ability to pass C check
- Presentable appearance
Duties are to include, but aren't limited to; voids and repair work, bathrooms, kitchens as well as all other associated tasks. If you have experience in CM‑FM/reactive planned property maintenance, we want to hear from you.
