Job Specification
Location: Hampshire (multi‑site)
Duration: 4 weeks per team
Start: Expected to be in 2 weeks
OverviewWe require experienced Roofing Teams to support solar PV installations across multiple sites in Hampshire. Works will involve slate roofs with standard pitches.
Team Requirement2 x pairs:
- 1 x Skilled Roofer
- 1 x Roofers Mate
- Proven experience working on slate roofs
- Experience preparing and reinstating roofs for solar installations
- CSCS Card
- Supervisor ticket desirable
- Confident working at height
- Roofing experience preferred
- CSCS Card
- Physically fit and competent working at height
- Removal and reinstatement of slate tiles
- Installation of solar mounting brackets and flashing
- Ensuring roof integrity and weatherproofing
- Working to programme alongside electrical teams
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable and able to commit to full 4-week duration
