Experienced Fibre Engineers

At Kelly Group, we're growing our team and looking for experienced Fibre Installation Engineers to join our dynamic workforce on the City Fibre contract. This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge fibre networks, deliver exceptional service to customers, and play a key role in the rollout of next-generation connectivity.

• Installing fibre connectivity on the Altnet Fibre Network at customer premises
• Working at heights and within underground networks
• Testing multiple points throughout installations to ensure complete functionality
• Working both independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Following strict Health and Safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining and demonstrating your SA001, SA002, S007, S008, and Streetworks accreditations

• A strong commitment to safety and safe working practices
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a variety of environments
• Confident using smart devices and technology to follow detailed instructions
• Customer-focused with great communication skills
• Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
• Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
• Excellent attention to detail
• A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)
