Salary: up to £44000 per annum plus Veolia benefits.
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with hour break.

- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment and carry out repairs.
- Complete site documentation before and after work tasks.
- Supervise specialist subcontractors.
- Carry out risk assessment of equipment maintenance tasks and ensure validity.
- Update maintenance task lists.
- Perform all work in accordance with site EHS and Veolia EHS rules and guidelines.
- Show flexibility to work around maintenance shutdowns.
- Participate in audits of the air‑conditioning plant and follow up on actions.
- Prepare, compile and manage own quotations and works approvals.
- Own maintenance of plant asset and F‑gas register.
- Stand‑by on call rota.
- Recognised trade qualification – City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air‑conditioning (7189) or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role and good understanding of basic fundamentals of various utility systems.
- Willingness to expand working knowledge into mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with Building Management Systems.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance systems.
- Experience working within a Computerised Maintenance Management Work Order system.
- Troubleshooting/repair of electrical systems, with related mechanical experience a distinct advantage.
- Ability to pass a security clearance check.
