Kier Group is seeking a Foreman to join the team based in Brighton or Chatham. This on-site role involves managing safety and coordinating daily site operations within a hands-on team environment.
A full driving licence and CSCS SSSTS qualifications are required, with NVQ Level 1/2 as a minimum, and a Gold/Experienced Supervisor card preferred. You will lead inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings, ensuring tasks are performed to high standards while liaising with supply chain partners.
