About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing Facilities Management team, working across commercial properties and client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, repairs, compliance tasks, and installation work within a fast-paced FM environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled plumber who is confident working independently while delivering high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across commercial buildings
- Diagnose and repair faults on plumbing and water systems efficiently
- Install, maintain, and repair pipework, sanitary ware, valves, pumps, TMVs, and associated plumbing equipment
- Carry out maintenance on hot and cold-water systems, boosted systems, expansion vessels, and drainage systems
- Conduct Legionella control tasks in line with ACOP L8 and HSG
