A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Hammersmith, West London. CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building based in Hammersmith, West London. The successful candidate will be Mechanical / plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working with the maintenance team on-site, they will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 for further training and career progression.
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) - Water Treatment (Temperature checks )
- Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc - BMS System
- Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) - LTHW
- DHWS
- CHW
- Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 16:00 PM / 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM
- Up to £45,000
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Overtime available
- Company pension
- Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
- A proven track record in Building Maintenance
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Leadership & Management skills
- Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
