The Role We are looking for an experienced Shipwright to join a busy marine team on the South Coast on a contract basis.

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of boat repair, maintenance and refit work. We're looking for someone with strong practical skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out shipwright work on boats and yachts.

Undertaking repairs, maintenance and refit projects.

Completing carpentry and joinery work to a high standard.

Working with a variety of materials and marine finishes.

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Shipwright within the marine industry.

Strong carpentry and joinery skills.

Experience working on boat refit and repair projects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A good eye for detail and pride in your work.
