Schedule:
Full-time position supporting program operations throughout the contract period. Work will include academic scheduling, Government coordination, reporting, student support, and administrative oversight. The PWS does not establish specific daily working hours for this position.
Summary:The Program Administrator will provide overall administrative coordination for the NNSY Apprentice Program and serve as the primary communication point between Ladgov, academic personnel, students, and Government representatives.
Requirements:- Must have experience managing academic, training, or workforce-development programs.
- Must possess strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
- Must be capable of managing Government coordination and academic reporting.
- Must comply with applicable privacy and information-security requirements.
- Develop and coordinate academic session schedules.
- Coordinate directly with the NNSY COR and participating students.
- Track program issues and corrective actions through resolution.
- Coordinate academic status, final grades, and required Government reporting.
