1st Grade Afternoon Assistant

We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Afternoon Afternoon Assistant to join our first-grade classroom team.

As a First Grade Afternoon Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to:

• Support students during lessons and classroom activities
• Work individually or in small groups with children who need extra help
• Encourage students and help build their confidence
• Assist with classroom routines, organization, and transitions

• Help maintain a warm, positive, and productive learning environment

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with young learners and is patient, dependable, and energetic.

Experience working with children is helpful, but a genuine love for children, patience, reliability, and a willingness to learn are most important.
